# Equali > Equali is a UK-based technology provider offering reconciliation and accounting automation for > FinTech and eCommerce. It connects sales channels, payment providers and accounting systems, > reconciles transactions automatically, and posts categorised journal entries. Equali Finance Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. It is backed by the Techstars ABN AMRO Future of Finance Accelerator. ## What Equali does - Reconciles orders, payouts, fees, refunds and chargebacks across connected sources automatically. - Posts categorised journal entries to the customer's accounting system, so only exceptions are handled by hand. - Maintains transaction-level records from payment through payout to journal entry, for audit. - Supports CASS 15 safeguarding reconciliations and reporting for FCA-regulated firms. ## Integrations Sales channels and payment providers: Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Stripe, Checkout, PayPal. Accounting systems: Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent. Data can also arrive by API, SFTP, or direct upload of CSV, XLS, XLSX and TXT files. ## CASS 15 CASS 15 is the FCA's safeguarding regulation for payments and e-money firms, set out in policy statement PS25/12. It comes into effect on 7 May 2026. The first monthly safeguarding return is due in July 2026, covering June 2026. Equali provides CASS 15 reconciliations, evidence packs and the liability figures the return requires. ## Setup Most merchants connect their systems in under 30 minutes with no development work.
